Becoming a member

The Association is open to anyone who shares our goals. Those seeking profit in the object and purpose of the association are not allowed to become members.

Members may be:

- Founders: those who have had a founding role in the Association;

- Honorary members: those who have distinguished themselves in activities listed in art. 4 of this Statute, shall be appointed by the Executive Board in a maximum of three per year;

- Ordinary members: those who have joined the Association.

All members, regardless of their category, are required to pay an annual membership fee of 30 Euro or whatever fee the Board has established.

With the exception of honorary members, who may be exempt from fees by decision of the Board of Directors and ratified by the Assembly, those who want to join the Association  have to make a request and to pay their share. Membership is formalized through the delivery of the card by the Association.

It is, however, a “sub iudice” membership, since over the following two months the Board of Directors has the right to send  a letter motivating the exclusion.

The Association relies mostly on volunteers to achieve its institutional goals. The Association may also be supported by freelancers. Volunteers and players perform recreational activities organized by the Association directly or indirectly, and may be required to pay the amount chosen by the Board of Directors. 
All members :

- Have the right to vote and have equal rights. They can participate in all the initiatives promoted by the Association and attend ordinary and extraordinary meetings. Voting rights may be exercised directly for approval and amendment of the statutes , regulations and resolutions of the shareholders' Meeting and the appointment of the Association’s governing bodies of;

- Have the right to information and control established by laws ;

- Have an obligation to comply with the provisions of this statute and statute regulations.

Those wishing to carry out activities as volunteers must perform the tasks in compliance with the Association’s regulations and management’s directives. The services provided by the partners are free of charge and the proceeds may not, under any circumstances, be distributed among the partners , even in an indirect way . The Association may, however, assign to members or third parties, professional appointments, paid as determined by the Board of Directors in compliance with the laws.
